We may discontinue our Coal Fired Rewards program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know. If you do not use your Coal Fired Rewards account to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in a fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these terms and conditions, ACFP reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Coal Fired Rewards program.
